The country mainly deals in agricultural production which offer professionals the chance to find jobs. The healthcare and education systems are very underdeveloped, and you will need access to private options for your safety and comfort. Crime is a particular issue, especially late at night, and you should follow security advice from your employer. It is essential to have a confirmed job role before travelling to Mali.
